Currently IAC has set up operation nodes in Taipei, Nanjing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen as well as Dallas, Texas in the US, Munich in Germany and Dehli in India with some 20,000 employees worldwide.

IAC is based on the creation of an advantage consisting of technological integration and top-flight service and the dual management model of Community Own Brand Marketing (COBM) and Integrated Original Design Manufacturing (IODM).


The COBM model has produced the high-quality Chinese brand OKWAP as well as localized brand value management. The IODM model has concentrated exclusively on integrating global design manufacturing services, led to a deep understanding of customer needs, the development of the best solutions and a careful watch on quality and production costs; it also led to a "time-to-market, time-to-volume" commitment on product delivery, creating maximum value for the customer.
