From their first day on the job, new hires can learn about the Company's culture and systems in real-time through integrated learning offered by in-person classes and the Company’s E-Learning platform. This ensures the new employees can quickly integrate into team operations with the help of counselors.

For the improvement of professional skills at work and planning internal and external training courses according to the needs of each unit, we will also continuously accumulate our capabilities through "learning by doing" in daily practical work. At the same time, we arrange the implementation of specific projects or job rotations according to colleagues' aspirations and desires to enrich the depth and breadth of their career development.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct stands as a behavioral guideline of the Company's employees. It represents their self-requirements for outstanding conduct and integrity so that organization members can work for the sake of their environments. Only by complying with the civic responsibilities and moral values proclaimed by the Company can we win the recognition and respect of society. When they first report to work, new employees begin to receive guidance training to foster colleagues' attention to and compliance with the Code of Conduct.

IAC has formally disclosed its rejection of child labor or forced labor and compliance with related regulations. Therefore, any conduct that may result in the employment of child labor or forced labor is strictly prohibited.
